Joshua McIntosh is a senior, trusted executive leader and strategic advisor with a proven track record of achievement in operational and organizational transformation in education.

With 25 years of leadership and management experience at Syracuse University, Harvard University, Johns Hopkins University, and Bates College, Joshua has broad experience developing and leading strategic initiatives; defining and solving challenging operational problems; leading organizational assessment, design, and development initiatives; leading equity and inclusion initiatives; and leading change management efforts in complex, decentralized, and matrixed organizations.

Joshua earned his Ph.D. from Syracuse University and his B.S. from Elon University.
